HASSLE-FREE RETURNS & REFUND POLICY:

We gladly accept returns for your shopping convenience. We strongly suggest taking advantage of our sizing information provided prior to purchase.

We will only accept returns no later than 15 days after estimated delivery date for a full refund on the original form of payment. Online orders must be postmarked within 15 days of product delivery. Returns postmarked after 15 days and under 30 days will be eligible for store credit only. No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued after 30 days.

Returns: Complete the form found at the bottom of the page here. BusyXploring will provide a return shipping label, via email, for you to print and ship the returned item.

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not provide exchanges for practical and accounting purposes. You may return your item(s) using the return process and then reorder the item in the size/style you desire.

Refunds: All refunds for accepted returns are issued in the original form of payment. We process these within 5 days of receipt, however, your credit card company may take up to 2 weeks to show the credit on your account.

Items that we will not approve for returns/refunds:

  • Neck Gaiters/Masks (for obvious health-conscious reasons)
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged by you
  • Items received as a giveaway or promotion

IMPORTANT NOTICE ON ‘CLEARANCE’ ITEMS:

ALL SALES FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CLEARANCE ITEMS. ANY ITEMS MARKED AS CLEARANCE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

PROMOTION CODES:

Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be combined with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

RETURNING A GIFT:

If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. Purchaser will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift card for busyxploring.com.

HOW TO RETURN:

We hope you love your gear! If you don’t, we are here to change that! Simply follow the instructions below and we will take care of the rest:

  1. Make sure your item is unused/clean and still has its original hang tags.
  2. Complete the Return Form found here. Be sure to include your order number and reason for return.
  3. BusyXploring will process your return and will email you a USPS return shipping label to the email listed on the return form.
  4. Attach the paid USPS label to the package - be sure to cover/remove old labels from the package.
  5. Bag it up and drop the package in your mailbox or at the post office.

Items to remember when returning merchandise:

  • Once your return is delivered to busyXploring, our team will inspect the item for any damages/signs of use. busyXploring will contact the customer if there are issues with the product prior to completing the refund.
  • All sales on clearance items are final.
  • Customers are responsible for their products until they are delivered to us for return.
  • All products eligible for return must be purchased from www.busyXploring.com
