  • What are your business hours? 
    Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM EST.  We typically reply to any questions/inquiries within 24-48 hours.  
  • What's the sizing like?
    All of our clothes are made of blended fabrics, providing a soft, semi-stretchy, and light fit. We suggest you order your normal size. For women's fitted tees, it is better to size up. 
  • How long does it take an order to ship? 
    Our shipping time is 5-7 business days via USPS.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Not at this time. We are working on it, so please check back soon.
  • Do I get email notifications about my order?
    Yes - we send an order confirmation and shipping notification to the email you enter at checkout.
  • Can I do an exchange? 
    We are sorry, but we do not offer exchanges at this time. You can return an item and place a new order. Visit our Returns section for more info.
  • What's your return policy?
    We offer returns and refunds within 15 days after your order is delivered. Visit our Returns section for more info.
  • How can I be featured on your Social Media & Website?

  • Do I get a free sticker with my order?
    You betcha! Each order receives a branded sticker. We have others available for purchase here.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. However, most of the time we are traveling, gathering inspiration, and designing freaking cool gear. 
  • Do you take custom orders?
    We do custom orders with a minimum of 24 pieces. Send an email to hello@busyxploring with details on what you have in mind!
